Sells products to businesses and adult individuals within the EU. These delivery terms apply to ordering products in our online store and similar deliveries. 

These delivery terms are valid from 9.2.2024 onwards. We reserve the right to unilaterally amend delivery terms from time to time, so please review our delivery terms each time before ordering products from our online store.

PRODUCTS AND PRICES

The features and prices of the products in the online store are presented in connection with the product description of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs, so please check the prices in the shopping cart before confirming the order. The prices of the products include tax, which is shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs that may be charged for an order depend on the product itself (e.g., weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method, and they are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You can see the shipping costs applicable to your order (if any) in your shopping cart before confirming the order.

ORDERING AND CONTRACT

You can order products on our online store's website by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming the order, and paying for the contents of the shopping cart through the payment service. By ordering from our online store, you are expected to have familiarized yourself with and committed to the current delivery terms and conditions. You understand that your accepted and confirmed order, except as later specified regarding the right of withdrawal, is binding and creates a contract between us in accordance with these delivery terms.

PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay for your order using the payment methods described on the online store and available for selection in the shopping cart.

PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment service provider and payment intermediary in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions. Paytrail Oyj will be displayed as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. In case of any complaints or disputes, please contact the product supplier in the first instance.

ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, so please provide your email address when placing the order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used. If, for some unexpected reason, we cannot confirm your order, we will inform you via email as soon as possible.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Add your desired items to the shopping cart. Then proceed to the cart to make the payment and provide your payment details. Once you have completed the payment for your items, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a link through which you can enter your team's information. THIS INFORMATION IS MANDATORY! If, for any reason, you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact our customer service.

DELIVERY METHOD

We will deliver your order using one of the available delivery methods mentioned on our website, which you can select during the ordering process.

DELIVERY TIME

Our typical delivery times within the EU vary depending on the order and chosen delivery method, averaging around 7 days from the date of order. More precise delivery times will be provided alongside product options.

CANCELLATION RIGHT AND RETURN CONDITIONS

The competition is a team event, and the team is responsible for obtaining substitute players, including in cases of illness or injury. Participation fees are non-refundable, and participation cannot be transferred to another event. Registration can be transferred to another individual or team free of charge. Any transfers must be notified to the event organizer no later than September 14, 2024. Changes made after this date will incur a €10 surcharge.

INSPECTION OF DELIVERY, ERRORS, AND PROBLEMS

Please inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during transport, or if it does not otherwise correspond to your order or is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days of receipt, and we will arrange for the correction of the error. In consumer sales, we comply with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act concerning liability for defects.

DISPUTES

We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily through negotiation, so please contact our customer service as the first step to resolve the matter. If a dispute regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before referring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the consumer advisory services of the local register offices (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
